The Sam & Sonder (previously Good + Plenty Co.) Mindfulness Card Deck is a collection of 53 cards, one for each week of the year, plus the instruction card. The deck has 5 categories- Reflection, Gratitude, Affirmation, Action and Growth & Maintenance- each with related quotes, food for thought, as well as kind words of motivation or advice. The deck is beautifully housed and protected in a custom-made, neutral tone book box, with magnetic close making it easy to display in your home, travel with, or store discreetly, whatever your preference.
Our card collection was created to serve as a prompt or guide for daily mindfulness practice, as motivation, to encourage overall growth and character development; we believe that an improvement in just one of the aforementioned areas will gradually lead to an elevated headspace and quality of life .
