The Good + Plenty Co. Mindfulness Card Deck was created to serve as a prompt or guide for daily mindful practice to foster confidence, positive self-talk, healthy boundaries and self-development.
It is a collection of 53 cards, one for each week of the year, plus the instruction card. The deck has 5 areas of focus- Reflection, Gratitude, Affirmation, Action and Growth & Maintenance- each with related quotes, food for thought, and gentle guidance. The deck is beautifully housed and protected in a custom, neutral-tone book box, with magnetic soft close making it easy to display in your home, or take with you on the go.
