Our Reason & Purpose

Sam & Sonder exists to serve as a holistic wellness space for women; where we can gather, learn & feel like our best selves. From candles and affirmation cards, to herbal teas and tinctures we offer products for women's overall health, joy and wellbeing.

Much emphasis and attention is placed on the preparation for, and the duration of pregnancy, but not enough on care and recovery after birth. In the coming year we aim to specialize in services catering to women who are postpartum, as well as those undergoing the 3rd to 4th trimester (postpartum) transition . 

By partnering with Good + Plenty Apothecary, we gladly offer a collection of organic teas, herbal-infused oils, butters, baths, salves & tinctures to have you feeling your best through every era of womanhood.
